Local artifact utilities help inspect existing evidence files without platform credentials. Run history, corpus indexing, and review workbench commands are platform/core-owned in the current public CLI and fail closed from the installed package.

Corpus review
Corpus command shapes exist for teams wiring platform/core-backed review workflows. They are not active no-key package smoke commands.
