What a Project owns
A Project is the hosted container for behavior review. It owns Systems, System Versions, runs, artifacts, baselines, and review history.
Use one Project for a product surface or review stream that shares owners, integration settings, and behavior review expectations.
Create and list projects

Naming and boundaries
Use names that map to the product being reviewed, not the internal model package. Good Project names are things like Search behavior checks, Support agent behavior review, or Home feed recommender.
